Glenorchy City Council is now seeking feedback from the community about the potential disposal (Long-Term Lease) of Council owned land at 4 and 8 Alcorso Drive Berriedale.

  • 4 Alcorso Drive (PID 1450257) is currently leased by the Glenorchy City Bowls Club.
  • 8 Alcorso Drive (PID 1450329) is currently leased by the Glenorchy City Tennis Club.

Council is considering entering into long-term leases with the Glenorchy City Bowls Club and Glenorchy City Tennis Club.

Do you have any significant concerns about the proposed long-term lease of these properties? Before deciding whether to proceed with formal land disposal process, as set out in section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council invites you to have your say.
